Spa Facilities

Spa Policies

All spa days must be prepaid, and at least 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation or rescheduling. Full charges will apply otherwise.
A valid credit card number must be provided for all appointments with the RMT, and for appointments on Fridays and Saturdays. At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation charge.
Gift certificates and products are non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include taxes or gratuities.
Packages are non refundable and non-transferable.
Many treatments require jewelry to be removed. We suggest that valuables are left at home, as the spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for spa days packages. This will allow you time for stress free check in and changing.
Late arrivals mays result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling so that other clients are not inconvenienced.
For the consideration of other clients, please refrain form using cell phones. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
